and use independent contractors and other service providers for our business and our
customers.

They are not employees of Africa Investment Guide.Com therefore by using our
service if you choose to use the contractors we recommend it is at your own risk and
you should seek recourse through that individual company.

For example, we use South African Airlines for transportation to South Africa, if there is
a delay on your flight or a lost bag, you would have to work with their customer service
department not ours.

harmless and not at fault for the services of our contractors and service providers.

should conduct their own due diligence and not rely on the financial assumptions or estimates that are

Travel Eligibility: We offer a FREE trip to Africa after being a member for one year, with a minimum of two years
of investing with Africa Investment Guide.Com. Failure to remain an investor for two years will require the
investor to have travel cost subtracted from their investment.

Time Limit: All investments on Africa Investment Guide.Com requires a minimum of two years of investing to
receive interest, unless otherwise stated.

We Book All Reservations: We make all travel reservations for FREE Africa Trip, including flights, hotels and
group transportation. We pay up to $1,000 in free airfare, you are responsible for hotel stay unless other
arrangements have been made with Africa Investment Guide.Com.

Investment Cancellation: You can cancel your investment at any time, penalties include no free travel or interest
paid out by Africa Investment Guide.Com only the return of what you paid into the company, your principal.

If you have already taken the free trip before your two year agreement it will be deducted from your investment
principal.

Rwanda Relocation Service

There is a $500 non refundable deposit should you decide to cancel your agreement. By signing up and / or
purchasing this service, you agree to these terms and conditions.

If you purchase our travel insurance for $129 you will get a full refund of your $3,000 should you decide to
cancel your trip.

There are no additional charges for changing the date of travel as long as it is within 3 months of the original
travel date.

People who enroll in our real estate sales agent program will be taught some of the latest real estate sales
team courses available, but we do not guarantee you will list or sell any real estate. Individual results will vary.

You will be provided a place to stay and a meal plan which includes 3 meals a day, however you can choose
to stay at another location and purchase your own food at your own expense.

Housing will be a shared house or apartment. One person per bedroom, for example a two bedroom
apartment would be for two adults of the same sex. Upgrades for an apartment, house or hotel is possible at
the guest expense.

*Covid-19* at the moment Rwanda requires a Covid-19 test before and when you arrive. When you arrive
you will be taken to your hotel and given a test and within 24 hours (1 day) you will get your results. If your test
is negative you can checkout and enjoy your stay. If it is positive you will have to retest and stay in quarantine
until you pass at your own expense. The fee for the test and your quarantine stay is not included in our
Rwanda Relocation Service payment. At the time of this writing the test and hotel stay is $60 for each.

for the services of our contractors and service providers. By signing up for this program you agree that is your
electronic signature. You also agree to all the terms and condition of this contract.
